For the picture thing though.

When you get into the message box when you want to post a topic or reply. CLICK ON THE PICTURE OF THE A/A on the BOTTOM row, last picture. [ switch editor mode ] .

That allows you to simply copy and paste the picture instead of having to deal with codes.

To switch the editor mode, all you have to do is, click on the button that says A/A [ located on the bottom row, last button ]. Once you click that, it's like a basic message box where everything you want to paste is in the same format as from where you copied it from. For example, with pictures, you can easily paste it into the message box.

You'll know when the editor mode is switched to the MORE COMMON way of posting messages [ simple copy paste method ] when the text jumps a couple sizes bigger ...

ummmm ... before you POST the mesage, click on PREVIEW to see if it'll show up as a picture or as a code/url/etc.
